I am continuing to work at the implementation, but we can't merge it if is
there is not enough consensus in the community
this is a major change, even if it is 100% backward compatible, but it is
tracing the way for further improvements to the project
that currently are not possible, like decoupling the concept of "bookieId"
from its network location.
Please take a look and comment, approve or reject the proposal
