created issues and assigned them to myself

https://github.com/apache/bookkeeper/issues/554
https://github.com/apache/bookkeeper/issues/555

Currently all tests run fine on branch-4.5 a part from the known flaky
org.apache.bookkeeper.bookie.BookieInitializationTest.testWithDiskFullAndAbilityToCreateNewIndexFile

able to start the release process next week

Please point out problems/issues for 4.5 as soon as you can
