BOOKKEEPER-974: Add an official bookkeeper docker image
Docker directory now contains two sub dirs, "4.4.0" that will contain the
centos docker build and "4.4.0-alpine" that contains the alpine build.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/caiok/bookkeeper BOOKKEEPER-974
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/bookkeeper/pull/197.patch
