Yes, for zookeeper the fist docker image is marked as "official" in this list:
[https://hub.docker.com/search/?isAutomated=0&isOfficial=0&page=1&pullCount=0&q=zookeeper&starCount=0]
And for bookkeeper, There is a already a docker account user/psw:
bookkeeper/bookkeeper.
