Hello Josh, As this is a first for most of us, I’m glad you step in.
In the list of unfinished issues, I would add "migrating the repository and setting up the website" as it is probably a prerequisite to making a first release. I commented on INFRA-24762 [1] and changed the status to “waiting for infra”. Is there something else we should do? I also added a note regarding the kickoff meeting.
