Hey Ryan,

Thanks for running the release. A +1 (binding) from my side. I got one
warning from the sym-ver check-in Apache Iceberg
<https://github.com/apache/iceberg/actions/runs/5390074285/jobs/9784911976?pr=7922>,
but I think that's an okay change (and is binary compatible).
