Don't XML specs or XML tools use the {namespace}local-name notation
when they expand ns-prefix:local-name?
So it would read: <typefound name="{antlib:net.sf.antcontrib}for"/>
BTW, I didn't know about <typefound>. I missed its introduction. I'll
