Don't XML specs or XML tools use the {namespace}local-name notation
when they expand ns-prefix:local-name?
So it would read: <typefound name="{antlib:net.sf.antcontrib}for"/>

Shouldn't we simply make the condition support
<typefound name="for" innamespace="antlib:net.sf.antcontrib"/>
 

All the other types/tasks use "uri" for the namespace attribute.
