Love the idea of adding a "First Contribution" category. I agree with Jarek’s suggestion. To keep things streamlined and avoid complicating the process, it makes sense to update the existing script so it includes a category for "Top First PRs."
This approach lets us avoid reinventing the wheel while still recognizing new contributors. Also, people can always self-nominate or nominate others in the voting thread, so I don’t think we need an additional process for that part.
