+1 (non-binding) Overall looks good, would be great to also figure out early if it is also worth adding an API/UI for getting the information about all pending approvals that require your attention.
I'd also be hesitant with "Human" in the name, as it can be approved via API, so people will be using it for automation without actual humans involved.
