Greetings everyone! I would like to raise a Lazy consensus about removing Apache Scoop provider.
In short - we want to remove the provider because the Apache Scoop PMC was terminated and the project moved into the Apache Attic. For more detail you could have a look following proposal: https://lists.apache.org/thread/tfj4147nopmn564jc0m49h65pd440wv8 Just remainder: - No further maintenance overhead/releases unless there are security fixes needed - Sources for Apache Scoop provider will be removed from main branch. - Not affect to any git history / sources / released packages that mean end users might use old versions (from PyPI, build from sources) until it could be installed in modern versions of Airflow There is no need to respond to it unless there is no objections, lazy consensus will be reached on Monday, 11th December, 13:00 UTC/GMT
