If you have a specific argument you want to make about resource
allocation, please feel free to do so. Such arguments should probably
be accompanied by either new factual information that was not considered
when making the existing allocation decisions or by an argument that
priorities should now be different from what they were then. All this
can and should be done without being rude to people.

Если вы хотите оспорить принятое решение о распререлении ресурсов,
пожалуйста, оспаривайте. Для этого нужно либо предоставить новые факты
которые не были учтены при принятии решения либо аргументировать, что
приоритеты изменились или должны измениться. Все это можно и нужно
сделать в вежливой форме.
