This looks good.
I would reword the second one as change rather than error, and perhaps
incorporate the change suggested by Ian Jacobs for the first. E.g.

There should likely be a mention of some form of interaction with the
Web Payments Working Group. E.g. at least:
* Change "• Review work: Review of deliverables from other groups.”
to "• Review work: Review of deliverables from other
groups (including the Web Payments Working Group).”
Section 6 (Patent Disclosures) should be updated to use the new name
of the IG (proposed charter errantly uses the old name of the IG).
