Just to check, were these wireframes tested at window widths around 1000px or so? All the screenshots there are pretty wide, looks like. Moving the commit info to above the results grid will likely help a lot, of course.
What does the UI look like I turn off all the non-failure checkboxes in the filter menu? Does it still have empty BUILDS/TESTS columns?

As long as they still link to all the relevant stuff (hazard logs, etc), that sounds great. ;)
