So e.g. a 64-bit OS X 10.10 is still running a 32-bit plugin process for certain plugins. I think the data we need is how many users are running 32-bit NPAPI processes on OS X > 10.8 (only the 10.9+ population is relevant because we've dropped 10.6-10.8).
