Is there a difference in e10s between LTR and RTL > locales? > It's due to bugs https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1033488 and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1033483 which are not fixed yet and have been marked as not blockers for a initial rollout. My understanding is that if a fix for them lands in time for the first rollout we can remove the RTL exclusions. But it would need some baking time to make sure that no other bugs are concealed due to this detection not working properly at the moment.
