We were asked to involve the dev.planning community sooner to allow for discussions and feedback instead of presenting a decision that was made in a small group, documented in bugzilla comments, and then committed+uplifted. This was in attempt to avoid last minute delays or changes triggered by people saying the community was not involved earlier.

Do you have suggestions on where each of the 4 topics I posted should be discussed? Perhaps here in dev.platform?
