Automated wrapping to a column width is less than optimal. If you look back at bz's example about how he would chose to wrap a specific conditional, it's based on semantic intent, not the language syntax. By and large, this goes to author's intent and his understanding of the problem at hand. It's not the kind of thing that can be derived mechanically.
