I don't remember.  I had a discussion at TPAC 2011 (last
October/November) about it with Ryosuke Niwa (Google) and Wilhelm
Joys Andersen (then of Opera) and I think a few other people
(including someone else at Opera, I think, maybe Lachlan Hunt).  But
I'm not sure if any of what we discussed was ever formalized.
