I agree with Lawrence. We know we have had a problem with churn on the user 
agent and partners have complained about it for being one of the reasons why X 
site stopped working on Firefox for Android.

As a point of comparison btw - what does the user agent of Safari on the IPad 
look like for comparison? IPad is dominant on the tablet market right now, so 
they might be a good point for comparison.
