Adding that to /etc/default/grub , leads to ;

1. Display backlight slider/toggles missing from gnome-shell quick
settings & the gnome-settings app making display super bright.

2. Buffer & Stutters especially the mouse cursor leaves behind some
textures along with slow cursor movements.

3. The main screen load is faster in the sense , before a black load
screen appears initially then the main screen with dock appears now the
load is bit faster with a shorter black load screen.

4. The black screen issue is random/uncertain hence don't know when it
will re-occur and can't use this preset forever as its bit rough.

Anyway attaching logs of this preset.

Title:
Acer One 11 Z8-284 gets blank/black screen after login

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
recently when logging in to Ubuntu desktop with GDM the screen appears
black only with cursor appearing as it is, rebooting fixes the problem
but only temporary as it occurs randomly initial guess was that this
occurs due to the hack suggested at
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mutter/+bug/2077216/comments/4
  for issue
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mutter/+bug/2077216 but even
  after disabling the

hack(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mutter/+bug/2077216/comments/15)
  this occurs.

This is common to both x11 & wayland sessions.
