Adding that to /etc/default/grub , leads to ; 1. Display backlight slider/toggles missing from gnome-shell quick settings & the gnome-settings app making display super bright.
2. Buffer & Stutters especially the mouse cursor leaves behind some textures along with slow cursor movements. 3. The main screen load is faster in the sense , before a black load screen appears initially then the main screen with dock appears now the load is bit faster with a shorter black load screen. 4. The black screen issue is random/uncertain hence don't know when it will re-occur and can't use this preset forever as its bit rough. Anyway attaching logs of this preset. This is common to both x11 & wayland sessions.
