Title:
[USB-Audio - Logitech BRIO, recording] fails on suspend/resume

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
My Logitech BRIO webcam's mic doesn't pass audio after suspend/resume
cycles on my desktop. The ALSA interfaces are present and the mic
devices appear in pulseaudio and the Ubuntu audio settings applet, but
no audio is seen via arecord or the volume meter in the audio settings
  applet.

It doesn't happen on every suspend/resume and I'm trying to establish
the pattern. I think it may be that this happens only on
suspend/resume where a handle to the mic was left open. For example,
it took 3 suspend/resume cycles to generate this error report, and the
one that finally reproed the issue was the one where I left the mic
selection panel of the audio settings panel open. I think the open
handle to the mic to supply the volume meter may have been what broke
  it.
