There is a hidden string that tells user to change the diagnostic option in the 
"Help improve Ubuntu" page:
  You can change your mind later in Settings -> Privacy -> Diagnostics.

However the "Diagnostic" here does not exist in the Privacy page.
It could be the "Problem Reporting" instead.
