This is a really old bug and things may be different now. Can you verify
whether this is still a problem on Xenial (16.04) or Artful (17.10) and
reset the bug to "confirmed" if you can recreate the issue?

Title:
  gvfs webdav to common name

Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
If I connect 2 webdav site on the same server but different directories, only
one is accessable from applications (<FQDN1>/<abc> and <FQDN1>/<efg>). Cause:
for mounting a to common name is used in nautulis "Webdav as <user> on <FQDN1>"
so the /home/<user>/.gvfs/ provides only the last mounted webdav (names are
equal)
Please use a less common name like SMB mounts: <share> on <FDQN>. --> For
webdav: webdav(s):<path> on <FQDN>. Don' t forget escape signs.
