Google Chrome flickers badly on web pages

Bug description:
Google chrome intermittently flickers (sometimes even Firefox I found,
but very very rarely), and can cause a seizure in some people as it
can flash between black and white 60 times a second.
WORKAROUND: sudo nano /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf
