You have been subscribed to a public bug: Our autopilot tests are failing from the datetime panel. The tests use "London, United Kingdom" as a string to search, which returns no matches. If you type this manually, the suggestions are correct until after entering the comma.
A more obvious example of the issue is searching for "San Antonio, Texas". As you're typing the "San Antonio, Texas" is the top result, once you enter the ", " all the suggestions are cleared except "San Antonio, Tecomitl, Mexico City, Mexico". This makes it impossible to select Texas. It works fine as long as you pick a result from the selection before the results change, however it's impossible to select very specific searches. ** Affects: geonames (Ubuntu) Importance: Medium Assignee: Michael Terry (mterry) Status: Triaged -- timezone search causing autopilot failures https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1614233 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to geonames in Ubuntu. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
