I've noticed the green led when I took the phone out of my pocket. I didn't hear the sound but wasn't sure if that's due to the bug or because I was in noisy surroundings. I asked someone to send me a message to check if this is due to the bug and the message arrived without the sound notification. Few hours before I was listening to a podcast using Podbird app. Not sure if that could be related as I every day without issues since OTA-12.
Telegram notifications work fine with the sound. Music app plays songs fine. I can hear alarms in the clock app too.
