Public bug reported: When connected to a remote Ubuntu machine, whenever I try to type the "less than" symbol ("<") it appears as the "greater than" symbol (">") in the remote machine. Whenever I type ">" it appears correctly. Consequently, it is impossible for me to type "<" in the remote desktop. I am using a US English keyboard.
