Title:
chromium shouldn't try to play h264 video if chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-
  extra is not installed

Status in Chromium Browser:
  Unknown
Status in “chromium-browser” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: chromium-browser

  How to reproduce:
  1) Enable HTML5 youtube mode at http://www.youtube.com/html5
  2) Find a video which has HTML5 h264 version but _not_ webm version, e.g.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUcUKbCI_Is
  3) Chromium should play it using flash. However it tries to play with HTML5
mode, but it doesn't work if chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra is not installed
(which it isn't by default).

Chromium should declare h264 support only if chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-
extra is installed. The same should apply for all other codecs
included in chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra but not in the default
  chromium-codecs-ffmpeg.

Tested with chromium-browser 6.0.472.62~r59676-0ubuntu1 and chromium-
  codecs-ffmpeg 0.6+svn20100904r58574+58998-0ubuntu1 on maverick.
