  New VPN connection does not appear available to choose for connection
  after creation

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

  After creation a new VPN connection, this does not appear available to
  choose for connection. Yet, it appears on the configuration menu,
  being possible to edit or remove. After hibernation or rebooting the
  network becomes available and is possible to connect.
