Bug description:
If your launcher has many icons in it you can't delete icons from the
top by dragging to the trash at the bottom because the launcher
doesn't scroll.
To replicate:-
populate the launcher with enough icons that causes the launcher to
concertina up at the bottom
grab an icon from near the top of the launcher and try to drag it to the
trash at the bottom.
