Tim, you should try to set the font to the right size, while keeping the DPI the same, calculated value. The DPI is getting more and more important as high-pixel-density monitors appear (I have a 150dpi laptop here), as people usually don't want to read 5 pixel high fonts on those screens. If we get more programs to cope with DPI properly, we won't have to solve this problem in the future, when all panels are >150dpi.
