I have two enterprise SSDs (Micron 7450 and Micron 9300), each with two
NVMe namespaces, but gnome-disk-utility only seems to show one namespace
per NVMe device.  This means I can't use gnome-disk-utility to do
anything with the other namespace on each device.

I can't quite tell whether the problem is something in gnome-disk-
utility itself, or in the udisks system that underlies it.
