Thank you for your advice, but unfortunately, it didn't work. The bug still appears. I have also figured out that this bug comes from 'automatic suspend' in settings. I set it for '15 minutes'. The bug will appear after changing the mode from external-only to mirror or unplugging the HDMI when the laptop automatically suspends while in external-only mode and is connected to the TV. For now, the solution is to turn off 'automatic suspend' in the power settings.
I also attached the file that you required. Hope this can help. ** Attachment added: "journal.txt" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mutter/+bug/2138173/+attachment/5938965/+files/journal.txt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to mutter in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2138173 Title: blank screen when external monitor is not connected To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mutter/+bug/2138173/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
