This was only confirmed by duplicate bugs about old releases that are
now unsupported. So this isn't confirmed anymore.

The screenshot shows at least two cases of extensions still running on
the lock screen when then should not be. Please be sure to delete the
pidgin extension and everything else in ~/.local/share/gnome-
shell/extensions/ and log in again. Then if the bug happens again,
reboot and run:

  journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt

and attach the resulting text file here.
