Public bug reported:

During normal work load on gnome-shell, it's CPU usage is less than 1%.
But while playing a YouTube video in Firefox, usage jump to 10-15% and causes 
the fan to spin loud.

Distro: Ubuntu 25.04
Gnome-shell: 48.0
Firefox: 141.0.3 (snap)

"HARDWARE_VIDEO_DECODING"       default available

The CPU is Intel i7-1165G7.
