Hi

Unfortunately, the period of stability was short-lived. The performance
issues have reappeared today, manifesting slightly differently:

Google Chrome: Experienced significant lag, becoming unresponsive to the point 
where I had to force quit the application multiple times.
Nautilus (Files): The file manager froze completely and also required a force 
quit to close.
VLC: While playing video, VLC experienced lag, and the video display became 
heavily pixelated and greyed out.

These issues occurred again during my typical usage involving multiple
Chrome profiles and VLC running concurrently. It seems the underlying
problem persists despite the brief improvement observed yesterday.

Please let me know if any further logs from this period would be
helpful.
