Hi, thanks for the reply I have now provided the requested logs (RSS, journal, CPU).
As an update, the significant system freezes (1-10 seconds) described in my initial report are surprisingly absent today, even when running multiple Chrome profiles and VLC. However, I do still notice general slowness when using Chrome with multiple profiles, just without the complete system hangs. This is the first day I haven't encountered the freezing issue under this workload, so I cannot confirm if the underlying problem is fixed or might reoccur. I'll continue monitoring and update the report if the freezing behavior returns. ** Attachment added: "all txt files in one. topcpu, journal and toprss" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/2107235/+attachment/5871650/+files/aio.txt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2107235 Title: pc freeze for a seconds, vlc lag, terminal lag, chrome lag To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/2107235/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
