As suggested by @Daniel, I have removed all extensions and been using default Ubuntu DE all day. Sadly, the keyboard freeze is annoyingly present in default Ubuntu session as well. The workaround fixes the issue as discussed before.
PS : I also removed the Yaru install through Ubuntu Software to make sure that it is not interfering. The freeze is still there, but much less annoying than in the Yaru session. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1807056 Title: Occasional Keyboard freeze To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1807056/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
