Well, this bug also is affecting me, I used the workaround in #10 and it works, but I still need to put my password in order to unlock the "Login" Keyring (My system don't have autologin enabled btw), the weird thing is that this system is fresh installed (no more than a week) and It was working fine until today. Maybe there is some package that I installed yesterday that is affecting the system. Google-chrome affected Online accounts also is affected I didn't test other apps, but as far I could check those apps were affected by this issue Greetings
