I installed today's daily image (2013-03-16). I unable to start gnome-terminal in GNOME FlashBack session (Metacity) with Ctrl+Alt+t on non-latin (cyriliic layout Ctrl+Alt+ะต). But I can start in Unity and GNOME FlashBack (Compiz) sessions.
