Made a clean install of Ubuntu 14.04 beta2 ( 4cf9e5ef2c1c362317c90312c76cfda0
*ubuntu-14.04-beta2-desktop-i386.iso).
I unable to start gnome-terminal in GNOME FlashBack session (Metacity) with
Ctrl+Alt+t on non-latin (cyriliic layout Ctrl+Alt+ะต). But I can start in Unity
and GNOME FlashBack (Compiz) sessions.

Also I can confirm bug 1280759.
Also there is a big problem with shortcuts, which start from Ctrl+Shift
(Ctrl+Shift+C/V in gnome-terminal, Ctrl+Shift+PrintScreen, Ctrl+Shift+Arrows
for selecting text in gedit or LibreOffice Writer ) if layout switching key is
set to Ctrl+Shift in GNOME sessions (Compiz and Metacity). This is bug 1245473.

Please fix these bugs before Ubuntu 14.04 final release.

For all non-latin shortcut problems you can see my Google Docs table
(https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ao5e713Ig9g_dEJrX2NRYlpLWWVzSWxsVXU4ck9HYVE&usp=sharing
 , Sheet "!!! Non-latin shortcuts (14.04)").
