Thanks for your bug report. to report bugs effectively you need to report them against the application that is causing the problem. to report bugs for evolution you have to click on the 'help' menu in evolution and click 'report a problem' so that the bug gets reported for evolution. or you could use 'ubuntu-bug evolution' in a terminal.
