Does this even really help? If I'm on the left side of the screen and really don't want to go all the way to the right, I can just click top-left, which gives me all of the options -- minimize, maximize, and close are there, as are a few not available on the right.
But why wouldn't I just go all the way to the right? Slamming my mouse to the top-right is, after clicking where I already am, is the easiest possible actions for me to perform.
