I found out the problem. Two weeks ago I changed router. The old one uses 10.0.0.x LN IPs, the new one 192.168.1.x IPs. I have two printer, one of them is configured through IPP.
Freezes happened when it tried to contact that printer (but PC had a new IP number). I fixed it removing old printer from System->Administration->Print and creting a new one. In fact it's a bug anyway but it must be addressed to cups or other related package.
