@Milan, The only difference between what I and the others here are experiencing is that I get a dialogue about the user still being logged in. I fail to see how this could conclusively be a separate bug. I haven't tried to use the killall commands that others here have posted because, frankly, I'm too busy trying to iron out all the other quirks that have reared their heads after upgrading to 9.10. Feel free to raise a separate bug on my behalf if you want.
