"animation is responsible for minimize working and state changes being
emphasized."
That is not a technical reason.
Compiz works fine without animations, you just don't want us to disable it
anymore because in your personal opinions it should remain enabled.
There is nothing wrong with that, after all its your software and you can make
it any way you want.
Just say it like it is.
