When trying to open a movie file the computer tells me The playback of
this movie requires a audio/midi decoder plugin which is not installed.
When I give it the OK to go ahead and install it I get the following
message

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure
-a' to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.

Unfortunately I don't know how to do the above. If you could give me
step by step instructions I would be able to follow them and may learn
something in the process
Thanks
Bob Whale
