Yeah, it should.

Am I the only one which finds the statement "the bug there doesn't quality as 
an hundredpapercut issue, those should be quick to fix issue which is not the 
case of this one" quite ironical?
I mean we are not talking about the heavy lagging of Linux under IO or cpu load 
just about a panel bar. But marketing seems to be more important.
