This bug is open since 2006? Are you kidding me, it is *most* annoying when you have to rearrange your panel every login in, for me it only happens to a non extended panel in the upper right corner, or better said it wont happen when i put the panel in the upper middle. 3 Years and no closer to a solution, come on thats ridiculous.
